Band was great, staff could have been more understanding

The music was amazing! Only thing I would say was not great was when the concert was over and the staff barricaded the restroom that was on the right side of the stage. I tried to explain that I was going to have an accident if he didn’t let me just use the restroom. He didn’t care and made me go all the way to the front where the line was all the way outside. So I didn’t like that there was no empathy. All I was gonna do was use the restroom then leave. So please let the paying customers just use that restroom when concerts end.
